Does this break any rules?
I don't believe so, but I can't say for sure since I am not ArenaNet and cannot speak for ArenaNet. This software does not include any hacks or cheats, and makes use of official APIs built into the game and built by ArenaNet. My personal opinion is that you are not breaking any rules by using this software. Using this software is in no way different than using other GW2 informational tools, event trackers, and overlays.

To decide for yourself, see ArenaNet's official policy on 3rd-Party Programs.

Why don't I see the overlay when I run the game in fullscreen?
Due to some technical reasons for how Fullscreen games take over the monitor, the overlay does not work when the game is running in fullscreen (at this time). The game must be running in Windowed or Windowed Fullscreen for it to properly overlay on top of the game.
Support for Fullscreen is planned, but not yet supported.

Is the Zone Completion Assistant's unlocked-locations data unique to each of my characters?
Yes, unlocked-locations data is now unique to each character.

I'm having an issue with the overlay. How can I report it?
You can report any issues you run into using this website by going to the ISSUES tab located near the top of the page. When reporting an issue please be sure to include as many details as possible. Also, within the About screen, you can enable Logging which will produce log files that will be immensely handy for debugging the issue.

Can I run this on my Mac?
Mac OS is not officially supported at this time.
